Alana De La Garza, a stunning actress who has left a mark on television. De La Garza's parents were from Ireland and Mexico. The actress was born in Columbus, Ohio on December 26, 1976. In no time she moved to Texas and pursued her training in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza did not reside in Texas for long and soon made the move towards Orlando Florida, where she performed a range of parts as an actor, including commercials and independent films. The actress quickly discovered her love for the art of acting, despite small roles. After moving in New York, in 2001, Rosa Santos earned her first role as an actor on All My Children. In the beginning of 2000, she was a small part in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. Her first major part came in 2004's short comedy The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV celebrities like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Mitch Pileggi. The role she played was A.D.A. in Law & Order, where her best-known performance came in 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episode. The character of her Law & Order: LA spinoff, which was not long-lasting. De La Garza was nominated for numerous Awards, including the Best Supporting Actress on TV from the Imagen Foundation Awards as well as several ALMA Award nominations. In 2008 she took home the Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza landed a regular role on CSI Miami a few moments after. She played Marisol Delko's wife, and was the character of David Caruso Horatio Caine. The most recent television appearance was with NBC's rather more dark thriller Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. The show was cancelled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is Italian and has a younger brother Cory. The family she was raised in was strict and religious parents. Milano was able to begin her career as a child when her nanny accompanied her to an audition for acting. She was one of four girls chosen out of over 1,000 hopefuls. Milano appeared in advertisements in both Broadway and on TV which included the American musical adaptation that portrayed Jane Eyre.
